Home Inspections

What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property.  The purpose of the inspection is to identify defects and possible safety hazards throughout the property being inspected.

As a professional home inspector educated and certified by InterNACHI I adhere to a strict Standards of Practice (SOP) and Code of Ethics (COE) and I will inspect hundreds of components within all of the systems of the home you are purchasing to discover everything I am able to within reason. From the roof to the basement/crawlspace, I will do everything I can to inspect all areas of your home in detail by getting up close while staying safe.  You will receive a detailed inspection report, complete with photos, video (if requested) and a description of defects, that will give you a complete picture of the condition of the home.  With this report you can buy with confidence knowing your home is in satisfactory condition relative to your wants and needs, or use it as a bargaining tool to make sure you are getting your new home for a fair price based on its condition.
